You can cancel your booking up to 36 hours before your scheduled pick-up time for a full refund. Cancellations within 36 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

Our passengers’ and chauffeurs’ health and safety are our utmost priority. To prioritize the safety of your child, we provide child seats in our child-friendly limousine upon request. During the booking process, please specify your child's age so that we can offer the most suitable seat. It's important to note that all our child seats meet the required safety standards. We offer two types of child seats: the Urban Kanga for children aged 1 to 3 years old and the Mifold for children aged 4 to 7 years old. Additional charges may apply for the child seat service.

After successful payment, you will receive a receipt from your selected payment gateway. If you used Stripe, the receipt will be sent from Stripe, and if you used PayPal, the receipt will come from PayPal. However, if you need a receipt for claims purposes that includes our company logo, you can request one from our customer service team.
