We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for airport transfers and 48 hours for special events. However, we do accept last-minute bookings subject to availability.

Yes, we can provide child seats upon request. Please let us know the age and height of your child when making the booking. Additional charges may apply.
We accepts PayNow and Credit Cards. Full payment is needed upfront to confirm the booking. For event bookings or bookings with a large amount, 50% deposit is required.
Yes, we have wheelchair-accessible vehicles available. Please specify this requirement when making your booking. Additional charges may apply.
Yes, you can cancel your booking anytime. However, to be eligible for a refund, the booking must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will not be eligible for a refund.
For airport arrivals, chauffeur will wait for 1 hour after the flight landing time. For all other services, the grace waiting period is 15 minutes. Exceeding the grace period will be charged at S$15 for every 15 minutes
Example, if flight landed at 10:00am, the grace period ends at 11:00am. If you meet the driver at 11:01am, the additional charge will be S$15.
Yes, all passengers need to fill up the arrival form upon entering Singapore. This is a requirement by the Singapore Immigration Department.
